Project 1: Sound

For my first project in Representation of Information, my partner and I conveyed a day in the life of a student using only sound. We wanted to capture both the events in order which stood out in a person's mind and also the relative chaos of the day. We found that the chaos in our own days resembles a bell curve: calm and peaceful in the morning and at night, annoying during commute after morning and before bed, and the most stressful part of the day is in the middle: classes, work, and assignments.

My second project especially didn't quite lend itself to drawing and sketching, as it was mostly done in an iterative process of coding. However, I saved bits of the process in this notebook.
